摘  要:为了提高桥梁斜拉索的强度、载荷能力和疲劳寿命,研制了耐250 MPa应力幅1 860 MPa级镀锌铝合金7-511超大规格平行钢丝拉索。拉索用钢丝是采用"双镀法"生产的锌铝合金镀层钢丝,具有较高的耐蚀性;选用冲击性能较好的35Cr Mo锻件作为锚具材料;对拉索锚具结构重新设计及计算,使其能够满足高应力幅高强度拉索所需的各项高性能。同时在美国CTL Group实验室,按照国内外相关规范对1根规格为1 860 MPa7 mm高强度镀锌铝钢丝拉索进行弯曲疲劳试验验证,试验结果满足各项规范要求,为在国内外推广高应力幅高强度高耐腐蚀超大规格平行钢丝拉索提供了应用依据。In order to improve the strength, loading capacity and fatigue life of stay cable, 511 pieces diameter 7 mm super large specification parallel wire cable zinc-aluminum alloy coated with 1 860 MPa grade that can be resistance to 250 MPa stress range was researched. The zinc-aluminum alloy coated wires used for the cable that adopt "double coating" to pro- duce, which has superior performance of anti-corrosion; 35CrMo that has better impact property is chosen as anchor materi- al; the structure of socket to be redesigned and recalculated to meet series of high performances of high stress range and high strength. Meanwhile, a 1 860 MPa diameter 7 mm high strength zinc-aluminum alloy coated wire cable is conducted bending fatigue experimental verification in CTL Group of America according to relative standards at home and abroad, the result of the test meet the requirements of each standard, all which above provide application gist to generalize high stress range, high strength, high anti-corrosion super large specification parallel wire cable.
