摘 要:国内使用的拉丝机齿轮减速箱易出现润滑油泄漏、卷筒冷却水渗入箱内,形成油水乳化导致润滑失效等问题。随着带传动技术的发展,同步齿形带传动尤其是圆弧齿形带已可以传递大功率,具有传动比准确、噪声低、不漏油等优点。设计拉丝机进线强度1 060 MPa,成品最大线速度700 m/min,出线速度为500 m/min,总压缩率84.73%,进线直径4.5~8.0 mm,出线直径1.5~4.5 mm。计算各道次拉拔速度和理论拉拔力,确定各道次总传动比。采用同步带传动,可以较好地解决一般齿轮箱拉丝机存在的问题。Wire drawing machine gear reduction box used in domestic occurs various maintenance problems such as leak- age of lubricating oil, roll cooling water infiltrate into the gear box leading to oil-water emulsion and failure of lubrication. With the development of belt transmission technology, synchronous belt transmission especially circular arc tooth synchro- nous belt can transmit large power, has the advantages of transmission ratio accurate, low noise, no oil leakage and so on. The wire drawing machine inlet wire tensile strength designed is 1 060 MPa, finished product maximum wire speed is 700 m/min, outlet wire speed is 500 m/min, total reduction ratio is 84.73% , inlet wire diameter is 4.5 ~ 8.0 mm, outlet diame- ter is 1.5 - 4.5 mm. Each pass drawing speed and theory drawing force are calculated, each pass total transmission ratio is determined. The problems existing in common gear box wire drawing machine can be solved by adopting synchronous belt.
