摘  要:针对石油石化行业中的储罐角焊缝不易检测的特点,使用漏磁检测技术对储罐角焊缝裂纹进行检测。应用有限元软件建立了角焊缝裂纹缺陷的分析模型,得到了角焊缝裂纹缺陷漏磁场的空间分布,提取出了角焊缝裂纹缺陷的漏磁信号,分析了角焊缝裂纹缺陷影响漏磁信号的因素;在此基础上对储罐角焊缝裂纹缺陷进行了漏磁检测试验,对得到的漏磁信号进行分析,分析结果与有限元分析提取的漏磁信号结果相符,证明了所建立的检测系统的可行性与有效性。It is well known that in the petroleum and petrochemical industries the fault in tank fillet weld is difficult to detect. Present work aimed to use the magnetic flux leakage detection technology to detect cracks in tank fillet weld. Finite element analysis software was then applied to establish a model of fillet weld crack defects, to obtain the spatial distribution of the magnetic field of the fillet weld cracks, and to extract out the magnetic flux leakage signals of the fillet weld cracks. The affecting factors of the fillet weld crack defect on magnetic flux leakage signals were analyzed. On this basis, experiments on the tank fillet weld cracks by using magnetic flux leakage detection were conducted, and the magnetic flux leakage signals obtained were analyzed. Results by the finite element analysis are consistent with the results of magnetic flux leakage signal analyzed, and it proves the feasibility and validity of the detection system established.
