摘　　要：高校红十字工作发展态势良好,取得了一些成果,但也存在大学生在红十字活动中主体作用尚不突出;高校红十字工作的制度建设有待改善;红十字培训工作不够完善、培训模式单一;服务工作渠道窄、平台少等不足。红十字精神与大学生思想道德建设是相辅相成、相互促进的。应通过加强理论研究和实践创新,不断拓展活动平台,优化工作成效,有助于把握红十字精神与大学生思想道德建设的良好契合,推进大学生思想道德建设。The work of Red Cross in universities has made progress, yet there are some deficiencies： the undergraduates haven＇tplayed prominent roles in the Red Cross activities; the institutional development of its work needs to be improved; the training isincomplete with monotonous modes; the channel of the service is narrow with inadequate platforms, etc. Red-Cross Spirit andstudents＂ ethical development are complementary to each other. It is essential to strengthen the research in theory and innovationin practice, to continue to expandand their moral improvement while
