摘  要:采用盆栽试验,研究了叶面喷施外源Ca2+在昼间亚高温条件下对半夏珠芽的生长及其形成块茎的质量及产量的影响.结果表明:2,4,6mmol/L Ca2+处理后,半夏的根、茎、叶、块茎的干质量及总生物量均有显著提高,株高有显著增高,茎径也有显著增粗.半夏块茎的干、鲜质量均随处理时间的增加而增加,其中2mmol/L Ca2+处理下块茎干、鲜质量增加最多.块茎中,鸟苷、腺苷及总生物碱的含量在总体趋势上随Ca2+浓度的增加呈先增后减,三者的产量也随Ca2+浓度的增加呈现先增后减的趋势.说明2,4,6mmol/L Ca2+处理促进了半夏珠芽的生长,显著提高了半夏的品质与产量.The effects of exogenous Ca^2+ on the quality and yield were studied. Foliar spray of weight of the roots, stems, leaves and tubers of growth of the buibeis of Pinellia ternate and on its tuber Ca^2+ at 2, 4 or 6 mmol/L significantly increased the dry the plants and enhanced their plant height and stem diameter. Dry weight and fresh weight of the tubers increased with increasing treatment time. Compared with the control, the treatment of Ca^2+ at 2 mmol/L gave the greatest improvement of tuber dry weight. In general, with the increase in Ca^2+ concentration, the contents and yields of guanosine, adenosin and total alkaloids in the tubers initially increased and then decreased. In conclusion, application of Ca^2+ at 2, 4 or 6 mmol/L was conducive to the growth of P. ternate bulbels and significantly improved the quality and yield of P. ternate tubers.
