摘 要:燃油机车对环境造成的污染日益加剧,电动三轮车作为一种性价比高、维护经营成本低、节能环保的交通工具越来越受到人们欢迎.针对电动三轮车动力特点,开发了一套制动能量回收系统,并分析能量回收系统各控制参数对能量回收率的影响,扩大升压电路boost的输入电压范围、提高电机负载能力和优化充电占空比.实验表明,该系统结构简单,性能可靠,具备机械制动备份功能,且通过调节充电电流的占空比即能满足轻度制动的要求,又能获得5%以上的能量回收率.Taking into consideration the characteristics of the drive system of electric tricycles, a braking energy recovery system with simple structure, high reliability and fail-safe function was studied. The influences of various control parameters of the energy recovery system on energy recovery rate were analyzed. The input voltage range of boost circuit was expanded, the loading capability of the motor was improved, and the duty cycle was optimized. An experiment showed that this system was characterized by simple structure and reliable performance and that by adjusting the duty cycle of the charging current, it not only meets the requirements of mild braking, but also obtains an energy recovery rate of more than 5 % .
