摘 要:以一年生柑橘幼苗为试材,采用盆栽试验的方法,研究不同有机物料对柑橘幼苗根系生物学特性的影响.结果表明:施用适量有机肥能促进柑橘幼苗的生长、降低柑橘的根冠比并促进柑橘幼苗对各养分的吸收.与对照相比,低有机肥用量显著增加了柑橘苗期的总根长、根表面积.中等用量有机肥处理(8%)和商品有机肥处理与其它处理相比显著提高了柑橘苗期的根体积和平均直径,二者对提高根系寿命和根系呼吸强度均具有最优的效果.One-year-old citrus seedlings were grown in a pot experiment and supplied with different organic fertilizers at different rates to study their the effect on the biological characteristics of the plants .The re-sults showed that organic fertilizer ,if applied with a proper amount ,could promote the grow th of citrus seedlings ,abate their root-shoot ratio and improve their absorption of various nutrients .Compared with the control ,the low amount of organic fertilizer increased the total root length of the citrus plants at the seedling stage .The treatments of organic fertilizer at a medium rate (8% ) and commercial organic fertiliz-er significantly increased the root volume and average diameter at the seedling stage ,and they had the best effects of improving the lifespan and the respiratory intensity of the root system .
