科学发展观视野下城乡生态文明建设研究——以重庆市彭水县为例  

Research on Urban and Rural Ecological Civilization Construction from the View of Scientific Outlook on Development——Taking the Pengshui County of the Chongqing City as an Example

摘　　要：根据生态文明及生态文明建设的内涵和特征,按照生态文明评价指标体系的构建原则,在分析重庆市彭水县环境质量和生态建设现状的基础上,以彭水县生态文明建设为例,探讨了城乡生态文明指标体系的构建及建设途径,从科学发展观的视角研究了可持续发展的问题.According to connotations and characteristics of both ecological civilization and ecological civiliza‐tion construction ,and the constructional principle of ecological civilization evaluation index system ,we have carried out a research based on analyzes of the present situation of environmental quality and ecologi‐cal construction of the Pengshui county of the Chongqing City ,by taking ecological civilization construc‐tion in the Pengshui County as an example .The construction of civilization and construction of index sys‐tem of urban and rural ecological approach have been discussed ,w hile the problem of sustainable develop‐ment has also been investigated by the means of the perspective scientific outlook on development .
