摘  要:目的采用超高效液相色谱联用四级杆串联飞行时间质谱仪(UPLC/Q-TOF-MS)对墨旱莲中的化学成分进行全面定性分析。方法采用AQUITY UPLC/Q-TOF micro联用仪,以0.1%(φ)甲酸-乙腈流动相梯度洗脱,ESI正负离子模式下采集数据,以Masslynx4.1软件分析数据。结果通过正、负离子质谱信息及元素组成分析,并结合对照品与相关文献数据对照,共鉴定出40个化合物。结论通过UPLC分离,质谱测定相对分子质量及相关文献数据信息检索鉴定了墨旱莲中的化学成分,初步分析了各类成分的裂解规律,并建立了一种用于快速鉴定墨旱莲中各类化学成分的分析方法,为阐明墨旱莲的药效物质基础提供有力依据。Objective To make a qualitative analysis on chemical components in Eclipta prostrata by UPLC /Q-TOF-MS. Methods AQUITY UPLC / Q-TOF micro system was employed under the ESI positive and negative mode eluting gradiently with methyl cyanide-0. 1% formic acid. The data was analyzed by Masslynx4. 1 software. Results Forty compounds from Eclipta prostrata were identified by analyzing positive and negative ion mass spectra information,element composition and comparing references and relevant literature. Conclusion After UPLC separation,relative molecular mass was determined by mass spectra,and the constituents in Eclipta prostrate were identified by information searching through relevant literature data.The fragmentation regularity of Eclipta prostrate components were explored,and an analysis method was established for rapid identification of various components in Eclipta prostrate,in order to provide convincing therapeutic material basis.
