摘  要:幼儿教育是终身学习的重要环节,是国民教育体系的重要组成部分,是重要的社会公益事业[1]。发展幼儿教育涉及方方面面,其中足额配备能适应信息化、学习化、合作化和经济发展一体化需要的师资是关键。地州高校在幼儿教育师资培养、培训方面既有责任也有优势,应该充分挖掘潜力,努力扩大学前教育招生规模,满足地方幼儿教育发展对师资的需要,积极参与幼儿教师在职培训,为当地幼教事业发展做出应有贡献。Pre-school education is an important part of life-long education and the national education system,it is an important public welfare undertaking.Developing pre-school education involves many factors,among which the key is providing sufficient teachers who can adapt to the requirements of modern pre-school education.Local universities have many advantages in cultivation and training of pre-school teachers,thus they should make effort to enlarge its enrollment for pre-school education major so as to meet the need of the local pre-schools and promote the development of local pre-school education.
