摘　　要：为提高多个小水电群的协调送出能力,提出了一种基于实用动态安全域的多小水电群送出能力协调优化方法。该方法将多小水电群送出能力协调优化问题描述为临界超平面约束条件下的小水电群机组有功功率注入增量最优的线性规划问题,并提出了临界超平面方程系数的改进求解方法以及临界超平面方程空间的降维方法以简化问题的求解。将该方法应用到云南电网滇西地区的保山、怒江和迪庆小水电群中,计算结果证明了该方法的可行性及有效性。In order to improve the transmission capacities of multiple small hydropower station groups,a coordinated optimization method of improving transmission capacity of multiple small hydropower station groups is proposed based on practical dynamic security regions（ PDSR）. The problem of transmission capacity coordinated optimization of multiple small hydropower station groups are described as a linear programming problem of increment optimization of generator active power injection of small hydropower station groups under constraint conditions of critical hyper planes. A modified method for solving the coeffcients of the critical hyper plane equations and a method for reducing the dimision of the critical hyper plane equation spaces are proposed to simplify the solving process of the problem. The proposed methods is applied to Baoshan,Nujiang and Diqing small hydropower station groups in Yunnan power grid,simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed methods.
