品管圈活动在舌切除治疗睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者标准化管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)手术患者管理中的应用。方法对照组实施常规护理,观察组运用品管圈管理方法进行原因分析、设立目标、制定对策并组织实施。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗效果显著提高,平均住院日、医疗费用和并发症发生率明显降低,健康知识评分和健康教育满意度显著增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在0SAHS患者的护理中应用品管圈管理,可提高患者对护理工作的满意度,提升护理团队的凝聚力和优化护理服务质量,促进患者康复。Objective To study the use of the quality control circle（QCC） for patients suf- fering {rom sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）. Methods The control group was given rou- tine nursing interventions after surgery. The observation group was carried by QCC method. Re- suits The days of staying in hospital, medical costs, and complications in the observation group were lower in the control group, health knowledge score, degree of satisfaction and curative effect were all higher than that in the control group P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The standardized man- agement based on QCC can improve the quality of nursing and promote mental rehabilitation of pa- tients with OSAHS.
