滑行移植自体角膜缘干细胞联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨滑行移植自体角膜缘干细胞联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的护理方法。方法对59例62眼进行滑行移植自体角膜缘干细胞联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉患者手术前后实施精心护理,结合术后用药治疗予以相应护理和随访。结果滑行移植自体角膜缘干细胞联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉手术后,患者不仅疼痛、异物感、流泪、结膜充血减轻而且时间缩短,术后患者恢复快,满意度增加。结论滑行移植自体角膜缘干细胞联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉时,精心的手术前后护理及随访有助于缓解患者焦虑不安心理,可使其保持良好的心理状态,提高依从性,有助于减轻疼痛、异物感、流泪并有效防止术后感染和提高患者的满意度。Objective To probe into the nursing methods of gliding transplanted autologous corneal limbal stem cell combined with mitomycin C in the treatment of pterygium. Methods In- tensive care was given to 59 patients （62 eyes） and corresponding nursing and follow- up visit were conducted based on postoperative drug administration and treatment. Results After the combined treatment of gliding transplanted autologous corneal limbal stem cell combined with mitomycin C, the patients were relieved in pain, foreign body sensation, lacrimation and conjunctival congestion, recovered quickly after the treatment and improved satisfaction on the operation. Conclusion In- tensive care and follow - up visit before and after the combined treatment of gliding transplanted au- tologous corneal limbal stem cell and mitomycin C can ease anxiety and nervousness of patients, keep good psychological state, and improve compliance of patients. Meanwhile, it helps relieve pain, for- eign body sensation and lacrimation, effectively prevent postoperative infection, and make the pa- tients more satisfied.
