摘 要:针对快速感应回火热处理方法,以5mm厚的45钢板为研究对象,根据有限元法中的电磁—热耦合技术,建立钢板感应加热回火的有限元模型,并利用自制单线圈低频感应加热装置,分别对钢板的感应回火过程进行数值模拟计算和试验研究,分析了电流、频率及加热时间对于钢板温度的影响规律及加热效果.结果表明:计算结果与试验结果基本吻合,将感应加热应用于钢板的回火处理是可行的,电流及频率对钢板的加热效果均有影响,通过控制加热过程中的电流、频率及加热时间能够满足钢板的回火要求.The electromagnetic-thermal coupling technology of the finite element method was adopted to establish the finite element model of induction heating tempering steel plate based on the the rapid induction tempering heat treatment of 45 steel plate of 5 mm in thickness. The numerical simulation calculation and experimental research were caried out for the induction tempering process of the steel plate by using the self-made single coil low frequency induction heating equipment. The effects of current, frequency and heating time on the steel plate temperature , together with the heating effect, were analyzed. The results show that the calculation results are ba- sically in accordance with the experimental results, and the induction heating applied in the tempering of the steel plate is feasible. Both the current and frequency have an influence on the heating effect of the steel plate. The requirement of the steel plate tempering can be satisfied by controlling the current ,frequency and heating time in the heating process.
