摘 要:以H型坯连铸结晶器为研究对象,采用FLUENT软件建立三维几何模型,模拟研究了拉速对结晶器内钢液传递特性的影响.结果表明,不同拉速条件下H型坯结晶器内钢液流态相似,但流场的主要特征参数有所不同.随着拉速的增大,结晶器内钢液射流冲击深度增大,结晶器自由液面流速增大,结晶器液面波动有增大趋势,钢水对凝固坯壳的冲刷有增大趋势.而各粒径夹杂物上浮去除率随拉速的增大而降低,该模拟条件下,20~100μm夹杂物去除率在4~17%之间.With H-beam blank continuous casting mould as the research objects, the FLUENT software was adopted to build three dimensional geometry models to simulate the influence of casting speed on molten steel transfer characteristics in the moulds. The results showed that, under different casting speed, the flow patterns of molten steel in the mould were very similar, while the main characteristic parameters were somewhat different. With the increase of the casting speed, not only the jet impacting depth of the molten steel in- creased in the mould,the velocity of molten steel on the free surface also increased;the free surface fluctuation had a tendency to in- crease in the mould, with the scouring effect of molten steel flow on the initial solidified shell having the similar trend, but the removal ratios of inclusions of different particle sizes decreased. Under this simulation condition, the removal ratios of inclusions with particle sizes between 20μm and 100 μm were about 4% - 17% in the mould.
