摘 要:采用二次正交回归法,探索精炼渣内不同物质对熔化温度、粘度和脱硫率产生的影响.研究结果表明,Ba O含量提高,熔化温度减小,至12%左右持续平缓;当2〈Ca O/Al2O3〈2.6时,熔化温度上升,2.5左右达到峰值.当2.6〈Ca O/Al2O3〈4时,熔化温度减小;Si O2含量提高,熔化温度加大,在w(Si O2)为12%左右加速上升.当0〈w(Ba O)〈15%时,粘度变小,w(Ba O)为12%左右曲线斜率接近零;当2〈Ca O/Al2O3〈4时,粘度升高;当10%〈w(Si O2)〈20%时,粘度升高,至w(Si O2)达14%左右,精炼温度图像斜率稍有增加.当0〈w(Ba O)〈15%时,脱硫率先增加后降低;脱硫率随Ca O/Al2O3比值增加,先升后降,在该比值为2.6左右最高;脱硫率则随Si O2含量的提高逐渐降低.The method of quadratic orthogonal regressive was used to research the influence of different substances inside refining slag on melting temperature, viscosity and desulfurization degree. The result shows that BaO content goes up continuously as the melting temperature decreases and begins to flat at the point of 12%. When CaO/Al2O3 content varies from 2 to 2.6, the melting temperature increases and reaches to the peak around 2.5. When CaO/Al2O3 content varies from 2.6 to 4, melting temperature decreases; when SiO2 content goes up, the melting temperature increases and soars up from 12%. When BaO content varies from 0 to 15%, viscosity diminishes and rate of curve approximates to zero around 12%. When CaO/Al2O3 content varies from 2.6 to 4, viscosity goes up;while SiO2 content varies from 10% to 20%, viscosity goes up to approximate 14 % and the rate of refining temperature pattern increases slightly. When BaO content varies from 0 to 15% , desulfurization rate firstly increases and and then decreases with increasing the specific value of Cao/Al2O3 , reaching the peak of 2.6. Desulfurization rate goes down with increasing the content of SiO2.
