摘 要:以氢氧化钡[Ba(OH)2]和氢氧化钠(Na OH)作为复合催化剂,采用两步甲醛(F)加入法制备了高邻位羟甲基含量的PF(酚醛树脂)胶粘剂。以Na OH掺量、Ba(OH)2掺量和Ba(OH)2加入时间作为试验因素,PF胶粘剂的黏度、水溶倍数和固化时间作为考核指标,采用正交试验法优选出制备PF胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明:同时采用Na OH和Ba(OH)2作为催化剂时,Na OH的催化效果优于Ba(OH)2;Na OH掺量是影响PF胶粘剂的黏度、水溶倍数和固化时间的最显著因素,Ba(OH)2加入时间是不显著因素;合成PF胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件是n(Na OH)=0.30 mol、n[Ba(OH)2]=0.03 mol和Ba(OH)2加入时间为40 min。With barium hydroxide[Ba (OH)2] and sodium hydroxide (NaOH) as composite catalyst, a PF (phenolic resin) adhesive containing high ortho hydroxymethyl contents was prepared by two-step adding F(formaldehyde) method. With NaOH content, Ba(OH)2 content and Ba(OH)2 adding time as experiment factors, the viscosity, water soluble multiple and curing time of PF adhesive as evaluation indexes, the optimal process eonditions of preparing PF adhesive were preferred by orthogonal experiment. The research results showed that the catalytic effect of NaOH was better than that of Ba (OH)2 when NaOH and Ba (OH)2 were meanwhile used as catalyst. The NaOH content was the most obvious factor in influencing viscosity, water soluble multiple and curing time of PF adhesive, but the Ba(OH)2 adding time was the unobvious factor. The optimal process conditions of synthesizing PF adhesive were obtained when NaOH and Ba(OH)2 were 0.30 mol and 0.03 mol respectively, and Ba(OH)2 adding time was 40 min.
