摘  要:介绍新型热塑性聚烯烃弹性纤维——柔卡,并以氨纶和XLATM弹性纤维为参照,分析柔卡的性能和特点,包括微观结构、耐热性能、力学性能、热定形效率、耐化学性能、低温可黏结性等。结果表明,柔卡耐中温、耐强酸强碱、耐氯漂、弹性柔和,可低温黏结,可低温定形且尺寸稳定性好,对于氨纶等传统弹性纤维来说是一种理想的补充,特别适合与不耐高温的纤维组合,开发不需要高温预定形的纺织新产品。并以柔卡为原料开发了一款具有独特风格的绢丝针织弹性面料,为柔卡纤维的应用提供参考。The paper introduces a new thermoplastic polyolefin elastic fiber Roka, and analyzes the performance of Roka with the spandex and XLA^TM as reference, including microstructure, heat resistance, mechanical properties, heat setting efficiency, chemical resistance, and bonding properties at low temperature and so on. The resuhs show that Roka fibers are resistant to medium temperature,strong acid and alkali, and chlorine bleaching; the fibers can realize bonding and setting at low temperature with excellent dimensional stability; and Roka is an ideal supplement to the traditional elastic fibers such as spandex and T400. In addition, Roka works well with the fibers not resistant to high temperature, which can develop new textile products without undergoing high heat pre-setting. Finally, a new spun silk knitted elastic fabric with unique style is developed.
