摘　　要：双针床拉舍尔毛绒织物以涤纶和腈纶为主要原料,介绍其原料特点。结合国内生产法兰绒产品的机型特点,以高速经编机为例,阐述其编织工艺。总结了法兰绒产品后整理工艺流程及操作要点,包括白坯梳毛、白坯烫光、预定形、染色、上柔、拉毛、梳毛、成品烫光、剪毛、摇粒、成品定形。该研究为企业设计生产绒类织物提供参考。Polyester and acrylic are the main materials of double-needle bar Rachel plush fabric, so their characteristics are firstly introduced in this paper. Based on the characteristics of domestic double-needle bar warp machines, it describes in detail the knitting process of high speed machine. And it summarizes the finishing process and operating points for flannel products, including gray carding, gray ironing, presetting,dyeing, softening, brushing, carding, finished product ironing, shearing, anti-pilling and finished product setting, which can provide a reference for the research and production of velvet fabric in enterprises.
