摘　　要：介绍在利巴Copentra Multi-axial型多轴向经编机上,使用涤纶高强工业丝和涤纶DTY编织四轴向经编针织物的工艺,包括设备参数、原料选择、整经工艺、铺层工艺、上机编织工艺等。并对面料参数和性能进行测试,结果表明该织物具有良好的各向增强特性,适合制作柔性膜结构复合材料的增强体。Knitting technology of Quadri-axial warp-knitted fabric, by using the polyester industrial yam and DTY materials, on Copentra Multi-axial knitting machine made by Liba Company, is introduced in this paper. The equipment parameters, selection of raw material, warping processing, yam-layer placement and knitting process are detailed separately. In addition, the fabric parameters and tensile property are tested. The results show that the fabric in multiple directions excellently enhances mechanical features, which is suitable for reinforcements of flexible membrane structure.
