摘　　要：针对HDB/FZ 067—2010《针织男式运动套装加工贸易单耗标准》在执行过程中可能遇到的如单耗计量单位、净耗测定和计算、拼色运动服装单耗计算等问题,对标准内容进行解析,并给出了单耗、净耗、拼色运动服装的工艺损耗率的计算机排料法和称质量法的测定计算和实施方法。指出,针织男式运动套装加工贸易除一般的端耗、零布、碎布、对条格、对花及特殊整理等损耗外,还与不同颜色的面料拼接有关,计算时要正确理解和应用各种不同的工艺损耗率,以使结果更准确。In view of the problems in the process of implementing HDB/FZ 067-2010 ＂Processing Trade Unit Consumption Standard of Men＇s Knitted Sportswear＂ ,such as unit consumption measurement,net loss measurement and calculation, color splicing sportswear consumption calculation, the paper analyzes in detail the content of the standard, introduces the measurement and calculation of unit consumption, net loss, attrition rate in color splicing sportswear by using computer aided layout and weighing method. It points out that processing trade unit of Men＇s knitted sportswear is related to the general end consumption, remnant, rag, stripe and pattern matching in laying out, and special finish and spliced Fabrics also relate. In order to make results more accurate, it should have a correct understanding and application of different kinds of technological loss rate.
