摘  要:本文介绍了单机压缩自动复叠制冷循环中,节流阀开度变化对系统循环工质运行浓度变化的影响。建立了自复叠循环的稳态仿真模型,对系统进行模拟并对结果进行分析。为了验证其变化趋势,对一级自复叠系统在常温范围内进行实验。结果表明:实验结果与计算结果的变化趋势基本相同,在一级自复叠系统中,节流阀开度变化会对系统运行的工质浓度产生影响,进而影响自复叠系统制冷效率。This paper introduces the single compression automatically cascade refrigeration cycle,the effects of changes in throttle opening run changes in the concentration of the working fluid circulation system. Since the establishment of a steady- state simulation model of cascade cycle,the system is simulated and the results were analyzed. In order to verify the trends of the cascade system level since the experiment within the normal temperature range. The results show that: the experimental results and trends calculated results are basically the same,at the national level since the cascade system,the working fluid concentration throttle opening change will affect system operation,thereby affecting the auto- cascade refrigeration system efficiency.
