摘　　要：以单氰胺和二乙胺为起始原料,经加成反应以及乙酰乙酸乙酯参与下的环合反应制备了2-二乙胺基-6-甲基-4-羟基嘧啶,总产率为72.7%。该法操作简单,反应条件温和,适合工业化生产。Using diethylamine and cyanamide as raw materials, 2-diethylamino-6-methyl-4-hydroxypyrimidine was synthesized via addition reaction and cyclization with total yield of 72.7%. This method has the merits of easily handled and mild reaction condition to be suitable for industrialized production.
