摘  要:按照风电产品的喷丸技术要求对典型的17Cr Ni Mo6钢制风电零件进行了强力喷丸。研究了强力喷丸对经渗碳淬火的风电零件硬度和晶间氧化的影响。结果表明,强力喷丸能有效消除工件表面的晶间氧化,使工件表面产生加工硬化,距表面0.3 mm的区域内硬度提高约2 HRC,但不影响工件心部性能。A typical 17 Cr Ni Mo6 steel part for wind-driven generator was subjected to strong shot peening in accordance with the shot peening specification for wind-driven generator product. Effect of the strong shot peening on hardness and intergranular oxidation of the wind-driven generator part carburized and hardened was investigated.The results show that the strong shot peening can allow the intergranular oxidation of the part case to be effectively eliminated,and the part surface to produce work hardening,offering an increase in hardness of about 2 HRC in the area ranging from the surface to a depth of 0. 3 mm,but having no effect on core property of the part.
