摘 要:通过设置重金属铁的不同浓度梯度,胁迫油橄榄幼苗的盆栽实验,初步分析了重金属Fe对油橄榄幼苗中各个生理生化指标的变化。实验表明:随着Fe2+浓度的增加CAT、SOD、POD活性呈现先上升后下降的趋势,MAD含量呈增加趋势,增加幅度为先平缓再急剧再平缓。说明当Fe2+处理浓度超过一定值,叶片细胞膜受损,可能在一定程度上抑制油橄榄幼苗叶片生长。Through the Olea europaea L. seedlings pot experiment treated with different concentrations of heavy metal Fe,effects of heavy metal Fe on the physiological indexes of Olea europaea L. seedlings were anlyzed preliminarily. The results showed that: with the increase of Fe2 +concentration,activity of CAT,SOD and POD were ascend in first and descend at last,and the content of MAD was increased with such three phases as placid,darstic and placid. Changes of these indexes indicated that Fe2 +under certain concentration would damage the cell membrane of leaves and restrain the development of Olea europaea L. seedling leaves.
