摘 要:目的:为准确测定新疆两色金鸡菊(Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt.)中总黄酮的含量,选择合适的显色反应体系.方法:通过比较Na NO2-Al(NO3)3/Al Cl3-Na OH和Al(NO3)3/Al Cl3+KAc两种反应显色体系条件下两色金鸡菊提取物和对照品芦丁、槲皮素和槲皮苷的连续波长扫描图谱,考察两种反应体系光谱吸收曲线和最大吸收峰值!max,进而选择适合测定两色金鸡菊中总黄酮的反应体系.结果:样品与槲皮素或槲皮苷对照品在Al(NO3)3/Al Cl3+KAc显色反应体系下产生的光谱吸收曲线相似,最大吸收峰峰位值更接近.因此,可以用该显色反应体系快速测定样品中总黄酮的含量.结论:该测定方法简单易行,能准确测定新疆两色金鸡菊中总黄酮的含量.Aim:To select a chromogenic reaction system for accurate determination of total flavonoids in Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt.from Xinjiang.Methods:The spectrum of C.tinctoria flowering tops (CTF) extract,rutin,quercetin,quercitrin standards were compared in NaNO2-Al(NO3 )3 /AlCl3-NaOH and Al (NO3 )3 /AlCl3 +KAc reaction system,respectively.The absorption curve and the maximum absorption peak value were investigated for selecting a suitable reaction system to determine the content of total fla-vonoids in C.tinctoria.Results:The spectrum of CTF extract,quercetin and quercitrin standard were similar in Al(NO3 )3 /AlCl3 +KAc reaction system,and the maximum absorption peak values were also closer to each other.Therefore,the Al(NO3 )3 /AlCl3 +KAc reaction system could be used to determine the content of total flavonoids in C.tinctoria.Conclusion:The method was simple,accurate and could be used to determine the content of total flavonoids in C.tinctoria Nutt.
