摘　　要：目的:探讨应用胺碘酮治疗围手术期肿瘤患者频发室性早搏(室早)合并室性心动过速(室速)的临床疗效.方法:选择60例频发室性早搏合并室性心动过速的围手术期肿瘤患者,应用胺碘酮治疗3 d及1个月后,通过动态心电图评价其临床疗效.结果:治疗3 d后,24 h动态心电图检查显著有效者23例(38.3%),有效者31例(51.7%),无效者6例(10%),总有效率90%;治疗1月后复查动态心电图显著有效60例(100%).结论:胺碘酮用于围手术期肿瘤患者频发室早合并室速治疗效果显著,不良反应较小,安全可靠,适用于围手术期控制室性心律失常.Aim：To explore the effect of amiodarone on the tumor patients who were combined with frequent premature ventricular contraction and ventricular tachycardia during the perioperative period. Methods：Sixty patients combined with frequent premature ventricular contraction and ventricular tachy-cardia were selected.We mainly evaluated its therapeutic effect according to the dynamic electrocardio-gram by the time 3 days and one month.Results：Three days later,23（38.3%）founded significantly effective by the dynamic electrocardiogram,there were efficacious in 31 patients（51.7）and no effect in 6 （10%）patients.The total effective was 90%.One month later,all the patients were characterized by significantly effective with another 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram.Conclusion：Amiodarone was a kind of remarkable medicine to treat the tumor patients combined with frequent premature ventricular contrac-tion and ventricular tachycardia for its less side reaction and safety during the perioperative period.It is mainly used to control ventricular arrhythmias.
