摘 要:涠洲12-1油田位于中国南海北部湾盆地,B平台新增7口调整井均采用三层套管井身结构。针对地层情况确定了一整套适应三个井段的要求的钻井液体系,即17-1/2"井眼使用新型海水聚合物钻井液,12-1/4"井眼使用新型PDF-MOM油基钻井液,8-1/2"井眼定向井使用PDF-PLUS/KCL钻井液、水平井使用无固相有机盐钻井液。现场应用结果表明,该套钻井液体系取得了7口调整井作业安全顺利完成,作业效率较前期提高了40%以上,达到了优快钻井的目标。WZ12-1 field is located in Beibu Gulf, South China Sea. Three casing program was used in the 7 new adjusting wells by B platform. A series of drilling fluids systems was determined for the formation: New type of Seawater-Polymer system for 17-1/2" section; new type of PDF-MOM system for 12-1/4" section; PDF-PLUS/KCL system for 8-1/2" direction drilling and Solid-Free Organic Salt system for horizontal section drilling. The results of field application indicate that the efficiency is increased more than 40 % which optimized drilling and all of these 7 adjusting well were completed safely and efficiently.
