十六烷基酚红变色染料的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：3’,3"-十六烷基-2-磺酰酞(十六烷基酚红),是一种以酚红骨架为母体的酚红衍生物,酚红骨架使其具有变色性能,长链烷基使得其具有良好的亲油性,可以与高分子材料牢固结合,从而使其不易被水冲洗掉。其结构通过1H NMR,13C NMR以及元素分析来确定,其变色性能及耐水洗性能通过紫外可见光分光光度计表征,并与具有相同母体并广泛应用与涂层材料中的溴酚蓝作对比,从对比结果来看十六烷基酚红与溴酚蓝颜色接近,耐水洗性能优良,为代替溴酚蓝提供了可能性。3＇,3＂-hexadecyl-2-sulfonyl phthalein, a kind of functional dyes based on the matrix of phenol red, has discoloration performance with it＇s matrix. At the same time, the long chain alkyl make it combined with polymer materials firmly so that it cannot be washed out by water easily. The structural characteristics of the as-prepared compound were well characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis. And its discoloration performance water-resistance could be analyzed through the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer with the comparison of bromphenol blue. Compare results shows that the 3＇,3＂-hexadecyl-2-sulfonyl phthalein is better than bromphenol blue.
