摘  要:采用标准血清瓶试验探讨共代谢基质对苯胺黑药厌氧降解效果及COD去除率影响。结果表明,葡萄糖,蔗糖,淀粉,乙酸钠能明显强化苯胺黑药的厌氧降解效能,当苯胺黑药与乙酸钠浓度为2∶1时降解效率高达82%。最佳共代谢基质在2∶1时降解最适温度为35℃,最佳p H为8。The ability of anaerobic sludge to degrade aniline aerofloat and COD remove ratio under different co-metabolic substance. The result showed that after 72 days of cultivation in the presence of aniline aerofloat. The sludge degradation rate of aniline aerofloat was reached to 75 %. The anaerobic degradation of aniline aerofloat was obviously enhanced by glucose, sucrose, starch, sodium acetate, The max degradation efficiency is 97.7 % when concentration of aniline aerofloat with sodium acetate is 2 : 1. The optimum temperature was 35℃ and optimum pH was 8 with best co-metabolic substance.
