摘  要:随着近年来纳米生物材料研究的发展,羟基磷灰石(HA)在催化、蛋白质分离、生物传感等领域的作用受到了国内外研究人员的广泛关注。规则的立体化学结构和良好的生物相容性使得它不仅仅在上述领域中备受瞩目,同时也在高灵敏的生物检测和传感器小型化方面做出了巨大贡献。但是羟基磷灰石生物材料也有缺点,如自身强度低,韧性及力学性能差等。这些缺点使得其难以广泛应用。如何解决这些问题,充分发挥羟基磷灰石生物材料的优势性能,成为研究重点。文章综述了羟基磷灰石特点,制备方法,并通过对现状和技术发展的分析进一步探讨了其发展前景。With the development of nano biological materials in recent years, hydroxyapatite (HA) has received wide attention of researchers in catalytic, protein separation and biosensor both at home and abroad. Regular's stereochemistry structure and good biocompatibility make it high-profile not only in the above-mentioned field but also in terms of high sensitive biological detection and sensor miniaturization which has made a great contribution, simultaneously. Nevertheless, hydroxyapatite biomaterials have some shortcomings, such as low strength, poor toughness and mechanical properties, which might be difficult to apply it as widely as we hope .How to solve these problems, giving full play to the advantages of hydroxyapatite biomaterials performance has became a research focus. The paper reviews the characteristics of hydroxyapatite, preparation methods, and the development prospects are further discussed by analyzing the present status and the development technology.
