摘　　要：某酒厂预计产生废水约2000 m3/d,其中白酒生产过程产生的废水:地面冲洗水、事故废水、蒸酒锅底水、酒糟滤液等有有机物浓度高,间歇性排放,属于主要污染物,采用水力筛—混凝沉淀—水解酸化—IC厌氧反应器—CASS工艺—曝气生物滤池组合工艺,对有机物去除率可达到99%,出水可达到该行业地方排放标准。About 2000 m^3/d a brewery is expected to produce waste water, waste water of rice wine production process： the ground flush water, accident wastewater, steaming pot of water, wine lees filtrate have high concentrations of organic matter, such as intermittent discharge, belong to the main pollutant, using hydraulic screen-coagulation sedimentation - hydrolysis acidification-IC anaerobic reactor combination, CASS process, biological aerated filter process, the organic matter removal rate can reach 99 %, effluent can reach the local discharge standards in the industry.
