摘　　要：结合作者多年指导本科毕业设计的实践,阐述了立题与选题的原则和重要性,加强本科生文献检索能力培养,严格开题答辩、中期检查和过程管理,改进成绩评定办法,严把毕业答辩关。以上措施对提高毕业设计质量起到了重要的作用。The practices were summarizingd based on directing undergraduates＇ graduation-design program many years. The principle and importance of deciding and selecting the title, training literature retrieval ability, strict beginning reply, intermediate inspection and process management, improving ways of evaluating graduation-design results and strict graduation thesis defenses were stated, which play an important role in improving the quality of graduation-design.
