摘　　要：针对视频处理中视频镜头分割问题,提出一种快速提取视频关键帧信息的方法。该方法首先通过相邻视频帧的灰度直方图的相似性对视频镜头进行初步分割,再对连续视频帧分别提取SURF特征,计算SURF特征的相似度,选取出最不相似的帧,得到最终的视频关键帧序列。Aiming at the problem of video shot segmentation in video processing, propose a fast method extract key frame information, which is based on MFC and Open CV. The method first by comparison of gray histogram of adjacent video frames similar to video footage of the initial segmentation, and then preliminary results of the fine segmentation to processing, extracting the surf（speed up robust features） characteristics from consecutive video frames, calculating the similarity of surf feature picked the most dissimilar frames, get the final video key frame sequence.
