摘　　要：通过对现有双张力盘装置存在的问题进行分析,优化设计出新型锭带双张力盘装置,经使用导向轮变向技术,减小张力轮在最近位和最远位时弹簧拉力及弹簧扭矩的差异,确保锭带张力稳定一致,提高纺纱质量。This paper analyses the current problems in the domestic double tension pulleys and designs the new double tension pulleys. The guide pulleys are used to reduce the torque difference of the springs between the nearest position and the farthest position and ensure the constant tension in the spindle belts and the better yarn quality.
