势垒边界对共振透射的影响

摘　　要：利用转移矩阵方法讨论势垒中粒子概率振荡峰的个数与入射能量、势垒宽度的关系及其势垒边界对共振透射的影响.计算结果表明边界只是改变了共振透射的位置,并没有改变振荡峰的个数与入射能量、有效势垒宽度的关系.The relationship between the number of probability oscillation peak and the incident energy、the barrier width is discussed by using transition matrix method,and the effect of barrier boundary on the resonance transmission is also discussed. The calculations show that the boundary only changes the position of the resonance transmission,but doesn＇t change the relationship between the peak number and incident energy、the barrier width.
