摘  要:制备一种参肽氨基酸饮料,由人参总皂苷提取物、玉米低聚肽、肌醇、赖氨酸、精氨酸、甘氨酸、牛磺酸、白砂糖、浓缩果汁等物质组成,以小鼠负重游泳时间及血乳酸含量、肝糖原含量为指标,研究该参肽氨基酸饮料对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。结果表明,参肽氨基酸饮料10倍组、20倍组、30倍组小鼠负重游泳时间分别比对照组高出77.7%,71.3%和173.3%;运动后小鼠血乳酸含量分别比对照组降低27.3%,47.7%,24.7%;小鼠肝糖原含量比对照组分别增长了52.8%,67.4%和85.1%,表明该参肽氨基酸饮料可以维持肝糖原含量、降低血乳酸含量,具有较好的抗疲劳作用。A amino beverage added peptide comprise by general ginsenosides, corn ohgopeptides, inosltol, lysine, arginine, glycine, taurine, white granulated sugar, fruit juice and so on. And it is base on the traditional Chinese medicine and modern pharmacological research. Test methods for anti-fatigue effect in the evaluation procedure and the test method of health food function. The loaded swimming time, content of blood lactateand liver glycogen of mice as index. Study on the anti-fatigue effect of the drink in mice. Results show that mice swimming time of the amino beverage add peptide 10 times group, 20 times, 30 times group is significandy higher than the control group is 77.7%, 71.3%, 173.3%; the content of blood lactic acid is lower than the control group after exercise is 27.3%, 47.7%, 24.7% ; the content of liver glycogen is higher than the control group is 52.8%, 67.4%~'11 85.1%. Beverage have anti-fatigue effect.
