摘  要:目的比较炎症因子在单纯性脑缺血和复合性脑缺血不同时间点的变化,分析糖尿病炎症因素对脑缺血的影响。方法通过复制大脑中动脉缺血模型,观察大鼠脑部缺血的损伤情况;采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测血清中的肿瘤坏死因子a(TNF-α)、白介素-1(IL-1)、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)的含量。结果 TNF-α、IL-1、COX-2在糖尿病组中的水平均高于正常组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;与正常组相比单纯脑缺血组模型在3、7d中呈高表达趋势,差异性明显,P<0.05;复合脑缺血组与糖尿病组比较,表达均降低,差异性显著,P<0.05。复合脑缺血组与单纯脑缺血组比较,TNF-α、IL-1 3d时组间比较降低、COX-2升高,7d时组间比较均降低,差异性明显,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在糖尿病状态下,炎症因子在缺血不同时期既有累积现象,又有特异性的表达,与疾病的发生发展密切相关。Objective By comparing inflammation change in different time change between the cerebral ischemia model and diabetic merger of cerebral ischemmodel of rats.Methods Constructing middle cerebral artery occlusion model,and observe the brain ischemia injury of rat.Detect the concentration of TNF-α、IL-1and COX-2in serum between groups by ELISA.Results The concentration of TNF-α、IL-1and COX-2in the diabetic group were higher than normal group(P 〈0.05).The cerebral ischemia rats compared with normal rats in 3days and 7days showed high expression,and showed significant differences(P 〈0.05).Compared to diabetic group,in diabetic concurrent cerebral ischemia group,the concentration of them were lower with significant difference in 3days and in 7days after ischemia(P 〈0.05).Compared to the cerebral ischemia group and the diabetic concurrent cerebral ischemia group,the concentration of TNF-α、IL-1were lower in 3days after ischemia,at the same time,the concentration of COX-2showed high expression.and they were in decreased in 7days after ischemia(P 〈0.05).Conclusion Under the condition of diabetic,the inflammatory factors has not only accumulated phenomenon,but also specific expression in the difference of cerebral ischemiaperiod,So closely associated with the development of the disease.
