摘　　要：目的观察肩胛上神经阻滞与痛点注射结合功能锻炼治疗重型肩周炎的效果。方法重型肩周炎患者98例,采用肩胛上神经阻滞与痛点注射结合功能锻炼的方法,2-3个疗程,分别于治疗结束后1、4、8周电话随访评定治疗效果。结果治疗后1周痊愈率69.4%（68/98）,有效率97.9%（96/98）;4周痊愈率71.4%（70/98）,有效率92.8%（91/98）;8周痊愈率60.9%（56/92）,有效率91.3%（84/92）,均未见局麻药毒性反应和并发症。结论肩胛上神经阻滞与痛点注射结合功能锻炼治疗重型肩周炎效果好,安全可靠。Objective To observe the efficacy of suprascapular nerve block and trigger point injection combined with function exercises in the treatment of patients with severe frozen shoulder.Methods Ninty eight patients with severe frozen shoulder were received suprascapular nerve block and trigger point injection combined with function exercises for 2-3courses.The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated at 1,4and 8week with telephone followed up.Results The cure and effective rates were 69.4%（68/98）and 97.9%（96/98）at 1week,71.4%（70/98）and92.8%（91/98）at 4week,60.9%（56/92）and 91.3%（84/92）at 8week respectively.No toxicity reaction and complications were found in all patients.Conclusion The efficacy is safe and reliable of suprascapular nerve block and trigger point injection combined with function exercises in the treatment of patients with severe frozen shoulder.
