摘  要:对辽宁铁岭平榛生境及平榛种质资源样品的5个形态性状进行了调查与研究,结果表明:平榛资源的形态特征存在广泛变异,其中单株果序与单株结果的变异系数最大(≥51.79%),单果直径与单果质量的变异最小,变异系数分别为18.16%和34.09%;单株果序与单株结果呈极显著正相关,单果直径和单果质量呈极显著正相关;主成分分析及聚类分析。结果表明:第1主成分占41.412 9%,每序结果数对它的作用很大,第2主成分占33.770 3%,单株结果对它的作用很大。根据区位与海拔的不同及辽宁铁岭平榛资源现状,可将辽宁铁岭平榛资源分为3类,铁岭南部地区聚为一类表现为每序结果数最多。铁岭东部地区聚为一类表现为单株果序较多、直径较大、质量较大;铁岭北部地区聚为第三类表现为单株结果数较多。其类别间各主成分形状的大小差异明显,可根据不同需要从众多野生平榛资源中选择特异性种质资源加以开发利用。辽宁平榛的单果质量是其选育良种的重要指标,并可应用于指导生产实践。The Tieling hazelnut habitats and germplasm resources of Corylus heterophylla samplea of 5 morphological traits were investigated and studied. The results show that there were great variations in morphological characteristics of C. heterophylla resources, of them, the variation coefficients of single plant infructescences and single plant fruiting were the two largest ( ≥ 51.79%), the variation of single fruit diameter and single fruit mass were the smallest (the variation coefficients were 18.16% and 34.09%); There was very significantly positive correlation between single plant infructescences and single plant fruiting; There was very sig nificantly positive correlation between fruit diameter and single fruit mass. The results of principal component analysis and cluster analysis show that: the first principal components accounted for 41.412 9 %, the fruiting number of each inflorescence played a great effect on it, the second principal components accounted for 33.770 3 %, the plant fruits played a great effect on it; According to different locations and elevations and Tieling hazelnutresources status, Tieling's resources of Corylus heterophylla can be divided into three types: the southern Tieling was clustered as a class characterized by maximum number of plant fruiting, the eastern Tieling as a class characterized by more plant Infructescenccs, larger diameter, bigger mass, the northern area of Tieling into third categories characterized by more plant fruits; The differences of each principal component shape among the categories were obvious. The specific germplasm resources can be chosen from many wild C. heterophylla resources according to the different needs, and be used. C. heterophylla single fruit mass is an important indicator of breeding thoroughbred, and can be applied to guide the practical production.
