摘 要:以珍贵树种降香黄檀幼苗为材料进行试验,选用椰糠、泥炭土、黄心土为基料,采用正交试验设计L9(33),研究不同基质配比对降香黄檀幼苗生长生理特性及土壤环境质量变化的影响,筛选出适宜降香黄檀幼苗栽培的基质配比。结果表明:不同轻基质配比对降香黄檀幼苗除温度没有显著性差异外,胸径、株高、叶绿素、氮素、水分、湿度和电导率均有显著性差异。不同水平的椰槺对株高有极显著性差异,除氮素和水份有显著性差异,其他指标未达到显著水平;不同水平的泥炭土对湿度、电导率有极显著性差异,对植株生理指标影响效果亦较好;不同水平的黄心土除对株高、氮素、电导率、温度的影响不显著外,其他各项指标均达到极显著性差异。综合评定结果显示:以处理组1(椰糠∶泥炭土∶黄心土=2∶2∶1)为降香黄檀育苗的最佳轻基质配比,各项指标结果显示较均衡。The experiments on the seedlings of precious species Dalbergia odorifera were conducted by selecting three kinds of media, including coconut hust, peat and yellow soil, and adopting orthogonal design L9(3^3). The impacts of different media ratio on growth morphology, physiological indexes and soil indicators were investigated in order to figure out more favorable media ratio for seedlings of D. odorifera. It was found that except the temperature of the seedlings was not differentiated by the different ratios of light media, there were remarkable differences among seedlings of D. odorigera with different ratios of light media, as to the indicators, such as diameter at breast height, plant height, chlorophyll, nitrogen, moisture content, humidity and conductivity led by different light matrixes; Different levels of coconut hust had an extremely significant difference on plant height, and except there were significant differences between nitrogen and moisture, others were not remarkable; The different ratios of peat soil significantly influenced the humidity and the conductivity of seedlings ofD. odorifera, as well as the physiological indicators of the plants; Except the different levels of yellow soils did not had significantly effects on plant height, nitrogen, conductivity and temperature, had extremely significant effects on other indicators. The comprehensive assessment results show that when the mixture ratio of coconut bust : peat soil : yellow soil was 6 : 6 : 2, all the indicators of the treatment group-1 seedlings appeared to be relatively balanced, so the light mixture ratio is the optimal ratio.
