摘 要:为了解费菜对水分胁迫的反应和适应性,研究了费菜在不同水分梯度的胁迫下,其叶片水分饱和亏缺(RWD)、相对含水率(RWC)、质膜相对透性、叶绿素含量、荧光参数等各项生理指标的变化。结果表明:水淹胁迫影响费菜的正常生长,表现为叶片RWD、相对电导率、Fv/Fm、qP、ETR先升高后降低;叶片RWC、叶绿素含量、qN和Fv′/Fm′先降低后回升。重度干旱胁迫和极度干旱胁迫严重抑制费菜的生长、甚至枯死。整体趋势表现为RWD、相对电导率、qP、ETR升高,叶片RWC、叶绿素含量、qN、Fv/Fm和Fv′/Fm′降低。轻度干旱胁迫和中度干旱胁迫组各项指标与对照组差别不大,对费菜生长没有造成明显的影响,说明其对这两种梯度的水分胁迫具有比较强的适用力。In order to understand Sedum aizoon's reaction and adaptability to water stress, the changes in the physiological indexes such as leaves water saturation deficit (DLWSD), relative water content (CRWC), membrane permeability, chlorophyll content and fluorescence parameters were studied with different moisture gradient of water stress. The results show that the flooding stress had an effect on the normal growth of S. aizoon, the process was manifested as the values of leaves CRwc, relative electrolytic leakage, Fv/Fm, qp and RETR ascended first and then declined; the values of leaves CRWC, chlorophyll content, qN and Fv'/Fm' decreased first but later recovered; Severe drought stress and extreme drought stress severely inhibited the growth of S.aizoon, even lead to death; and the overall trend showed that the values of DLWSD, relative electrolytic leakage, qp, RETR increased, the values of leaves CRWC, chlorophyll content, qN, Fv/Fm and Fv'/Fm' decreased; The indicators of mild drought stress and moderate drought stress group had little differences with the control group, they did not cause a significant effect on the growth ofS. aizoon, thus indicating that S. aizoon had a strong adaptability to the two kinds of water stress gradient.
