摘 要:运用DEA-Malmquist指数法,对2004~2012年间我国不同区域4种养殖模式下生猪生产效率进行测算,借以反应我国畜牧业生产效率现状,并提出相关改进方法。结果表明:不同养殖模式下生猪养殖的全要素生产率均呈现一定程度的正向增长,其中散养生猪全要素生产率的提高主要依赖于技术效率的提高,规模养殖全要素生产率的提高则是技术效率进步和技术进步共同作用的结果。生猪生产效率存在较明显的区域差异性,东北地区生猪养殖优势日益凸显,西部地区优势地位逐步弱化。基于以上结论,本文认为未来要提高畜牧业生产效率需加强畜牧业的技术创新和推广、因地制宜调整畜种结构和规模、提高畜牧业产业组织化程度及完善畜产品价格监测体系建设。By employing DEA-Malmquist index method, this paper calculates the pig total factor productivity of different region in China from 2004 to 2012, so as to present the state of our animal husbandry production efficiency, and propose some The results show that, the pig total factor productivity of different scales are in positive growth. The improvement of pig total factor productivity of free-range relies on the improvement of technical efficiency, and the improvement of scale farming' s total factor productivity relies on the improvement of technical efficiency and technological progress. There are obvious differences of pig total factor productivity among the different areas of China, the advantage of the Northeast is increasingly apparent, and the West is wiping out its advantage. The essential measures to improve the animal husbandry production efficiency are to accelerate the technology innovation and promotion of animal husbandry, adjust the feed structure and scale according to the regional needs and conditions, improve the industrialization organization degree of animal husbandry and perfect its price monitoring system construction.
