摘 要:以一年生刺槐实生幼苗为试材,通过盆栽人工控水,模拟设置CK(对照)、LS(轻度干旱)、MS(中度干旱)、HS(重度干旱)4种不同水分供应梯度,研究刺槐幼苗叶片在不同强度土壤干旱胁迫条件下的生理生化特性。结果表明:(1)随着干旱胁迫强度的加大,刺槐幼苗可溶性糖SS与游离脯氨酸Pro含量、相对电导率REC与MDA含量均呈现出增加趋势,其中LS胁迫条件下除Pro含量与CK差异显著外,其余均与CK差异不显著,而MS、HS胁迫下4种指标均与CK差异显著;(2)随着干旱胁迫强度的加大,刺槐幼苗SOD、POD活性呈现出先增强后减弱的变化特性,并且都表现MS胁迫下取最大值后活性开始减弱。By taking one-year-old seedlings ofRobinia pseucdoacacia as the tested materials, with the method of pot-planting by artificial water-control, four kinds of different water supply gradients [CK, mild drought (LS), moderate drought (MS) and severe drought (HS) ] were simulated. Further, the physiological and biochemical characteristics ofR. pseucdoacaciaseedlings leaves were studied under different intensity of soil drought. The results show that (1)with the increasing of drought stress intensity, the soluble sugar, Pro content, relative conductivity and MDA content all showed increasing trend; Of them under LS stress condition, except having signiifcant differences between CK and Pro content, the rest of them had no signiifcant difference from CK, while under MS, HS stress, four kinds of indexes showed differences from CK signiifcantly.(2)with the increasing of drought stress intensity, the activity of SOD, POD appeared a trend that increasedifrst and then decreased, and all exhibited the law that they under MS stress and after taking the maximum activity, began to weaken.
