摘 要:以尖山和弥渡种子为主区,IAA、GA3和IBA浸种采用L16(45)、GA3和IBA采用L9(34)的正交设计的水平组合为副区开展裂区下的正交实验,了解以上因素和水平及其组合对云南松幼苗胚轴和根生长的影响。结果表明种子产地和外源激素均影响幼苗的胚轴和根生长,激素处理的根都较对照的长,胚轴则比对照的短。种子产地和实验因素的组合不同,影响胚轴和根长的主导因子也不同,实验因子的两两交互作用对胚轴和根长具有极显著或显著的差异影响(P<0.01或P<0.05)。L16(45)实验中尖山种子培育幼苗实际胚轴和根长最长的分别是0.10与0.10 g·L-1的GA3及IBA浸种和对照的(3.9 cm和3.2 cm);弥渡的则为0.15、0.15、0.05 g·L-1的IAA、GA3、IBA和0.10、0.10 g·L-1的GA3、IBA浸种的(3.3 cm和2.6 cm)。L9(34)中,尖山种子由GA3和IBA浓度为0.05、0.05和0.15、0.05 g·L-1浸种的幼苗胚轴和根长最长,达3.8 cm和3.3 cm;弥渡的则来源于2种激素浓度为0.15、0.10 g·L-1和0.05、0.15 g·L-1的(3.3 cm和2.8 cm)。In order toifnd out effects of hormone factors involved their levels and hormone-levels’ combinations on hypocotyl and taproot elongation of Yunnan pine (Pinus yunanensis) young seedlings, the experiments of orthogonal design which were employed with L16(45) for IAA, GA3, IBA and L9(34) for GA3, IBA pre-soaking seeds, respectively, under a split block of two seed producing areas of Jianshan and Midu were implemented. The results indicate that the both of seeds producing areas and exogenous hormone impacted hypocotyl and taproot elongation of the young seedlings, the taproots treated by hormone were longer than that of the control while the hypocotyls of the formers were shorter than that of the latter; The main factors of influencing hypocotyl and taproot elongation were differences with the changes of seed producing areas and factors’ combinations, and the signiifcant differences (P〈0.01 orP〈0.05) of hypocotyl and taproot lengths were found out between different two factors of the experiments; The longest hypocotyl and taproot (3.9 and 3.2 cm) for the L16(45) of Jianshan seed were fount out from combinations of 0.10, 0.10 g·L^-1 of GA3, IBA solution pre-soaking seeds and the control had, while which of Midu seed occurred in two combinations of 0.15, 0.15, 0.05 g·L^-1 of IAA, GA3, IBA and 0.10, 0.10 g·L^-1 of GA3, IBA pre-soaking seeds (3.3 and 2.6 cm), respectively; Simultaneously, the longest hypocotyl and taproot of the L9(34) experiments for Jianshan seed were the combinations of 0.05, 0.05 g·L^-1 and 0.15, 0.05 g·L^-1 of GA3, IBA pre-soaking seeds with 3.8 and 3.3 cm of which, while which (3.3 and 2.8 cm) for Midu seed were 0.15, 0.10 and 0.05, 0.15 g·L^-1 of forementioned two hormones, respectively.
