摘 要:采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)与硅酸钠进行交联处理,以改善硅酸钠胶黏剂的胶接强度和耐水性能。研究了PVA交联反应温度、时间和p H值对硅酸钠胶黏剂胶接强度和耐水性能的影响,并采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)研究交联改性提高胶接强度和耐水性能的机制。结果表明:交联温度为80℃,交联时间为90 min,p H值为9时,PVA交联硅酸钠胶黏剂的胶接强度和耐水性能最佳;FT-IR分析显示PVA和硅酸钠成功发生交联,并促进硅酸钠胶黏剂的固化,从而使胶接强度和耐水性能得到提高。In order to improve the bonding strength and water resistance of sodium silicate adhesive, the cross-linking treatment method was used with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and sodium silicate. The effects of cross-linking reaction temperature, time and pH value on bonding strength and water resistance of sodium silicate adhesive were investigated. The mechanism of improving the bonding strength and water resistance with cross-linking modiifcation was studied by adopting Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The results show that PVA cross-linking sodium silicate adhesive had the best bonding strength and water resistance under the conditions of cross-linking temperature 80℃, the cross-linking time 90 minutes and cross-linking pH value 9; FT-IR analysis indicates that PVA and sodium silicate successfully cross-linked, accelerated the curing of sodium silicate adhesive, thus enhancing the bonding strength and water resistance.
