摘　　要：旅游产业园是旅游产业集群发展的新载体,是推动旅游转方式、调结构、提升效益和竞争力的重要途径。在辨析旅游产业集聚区和旅游产业园区概念基础上,系统梳理国内外旅游产业集聚区和旅游产业园区的研究进展,发现旅游产业园理论基础和微观层面案例实证研究的不足。首先分析旅游产业园的概念、特征和类型,并从地方性、体验经济、旅游产业链、旅游产业集群、旅游空间布局模式和旅游空间结构等总结其理论基础。按照上述理论依据,对崀山旅游文化产业园进行案例实证研究,首先分析其构建的背景和意义,进而从目标定位、项目选址、旅游产业链、旅游产业集群、空间布局和功能分区方面提出总体规划构想,最后提出规划实施的组织保障和政策保障、经营管理体制保障、技术保障、人力资源保障。Tourism industrial park as a new vector of tourism industry cluster, is an important path to push tourism development pattern transition, adjust industry structure, upgrade benefit and competition. On the basis of distinguishing the concept between tourism industrial park and tourism industrial agglomeration region, the paper systematically combs research progress of tourism industrial park and tourism industrial agglomeration region, finds that deficiency of tourism industrial park research on the theoretical basis and case demonstration in the micro level. The paper firstly analyses the concept, features and types of tourism industrial park, then summarizes its theoretical basis, including placeness theory, experience economy, tourism industry chain, tourism industry cluster, tourism spatial layout model, tourism spatial structure etc. According to aforesaid theoretical basis, we chooses langshan cultural tourism industrial park as an ease demonstration, The paper analyses its construction background and significance, then put forward overall planning conception from the perspective of target location, project site selection, tourism industry chain, tourism industry cluster, spatial layout and functional zoning, finally proposes organization safeguard, policy safeguard, operation and management system safeguard, technical safeguard and human resource safeguard to implement park planning.
