协同育人视阈下高职评估类课程教学改革探索与实践

摘　　要：要培养高素质技术技能型资产评估人才,需要通过课程改革提高学生的学习兴趣,进而实现学生的协同发展。要将高职评估类课程改革落到实处,需要从六个方面入手:一、成立协同育人的资产评估专业联盟;二、整合优化课程之间和单门课程的教学内容;三、实施真实项目为载体的教学策略;四、构建"教室课堂、实训课堂、自学课堂、创新课堂、企业课堂"五个课堂;五、改革课程考核方式;六、落实"双兼互聘"机制。To cultivate the asset appraisal talents of high quality technical skills, it is needed to necessary the students＇ learning interest through the course reform, and then realize the students＇ cooperative development. So we should start from six aspects：firstly, establish the professional alliance of collaborative education; secondly, integrate and optimize the teaching content of courses and course; thirdly, implement the teaching strategy based on real projects; fourthly, build ‘ordinary class, training class,self-study class and innovative class, business class＇; fifthly, reform the curriculum evaluation methods; lastly, implement the hired mechanism between school and the company.
