摘　　要：从工艺负荷和电源设计、10 kV快速切换热并方案、分布式供能系统、工艺专用接地设计方面,介绍了上海市质子重离子医院的配电设计及其特点。指出电气设计医院项目对配电系统的可靠性、稳定性要求高,分布式供能系统利用发电机组余热来实现,工艺接地引自就近基础钢筋以满足接地电阻的要求。This paper introduced the power distribution design and characteristics of Shanghai proton ＆ heavy ion hospital in aspect of technical load and power design, 10 kV automatic switchover and synchronous parallel operation, distributed energy, resource （DER）system, and technical grounding design. It is pointed out that the reliability and stability requirements of distribution system are higher. The DER system is realized by the waste heat of generating sets. The technical grounding quotes from the near foundation reinforcement to meet the requirements of the grounding
