摘　　要：长江经济带土地流转模式主要有"政府+农民"型、"市场+资本"型、"交易中介+农业产业"型等三种。人地和谐性、经济发展性、城乡协调性、区域差异性是构成农村土地流转模式的内在耦合动力。农村土地流转模式外在作用机制包括市场作用的深度、政府作用的力度、社区作用的宽度、制度作用的强度及资源作用的梯度。农村土地流转模式优化应遵循安全化、多样化、阶段化、规范化、可持续化和法治化的路径。Farmland transfer mode in Yangtze River Economic Belt mainly includes government-farmer, market-capital, trading intermediary-agricultural industry. Man-earth harmony, economic development, urban-rural coordination, and regional differentiation are internal coupling dynamic to form farmland transfer mode. The external mechanism of farmland transfer mode includes the depth of the market role, the force of the government role, the width of the community role, the strength of the system role, and the gradient of resource role. The optimization of farmland transfer mode should follow the way of securitization, diversification, staging standardization, sustainability, and legalization.
